Returns & Refunds (Dealer Policy)
At Zip & Pip, we stand behind the quality and consistency of the products we manufacture. As a wholesale partner, dealers are expected to review all product specifications carefully prior to placing orders.
If a return request is needed, dealers must notify us within 30 days of purchase by emailing contact@zipandpippoultry.com with the order number and reason for return.
Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the dealer
- Items must be returned in “like new” condition, including all original packaging and components
- Products showing signs of wear, use, or installation will not be accepted
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 45 days.
Certain products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the product type and configuration.
Damaged or Defective Products
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Submit photos the same day to contact@zipandpippoultry.com
Zip & Pip will cover the cost of replacement or correction for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Failure to report damage at delivery may result in denial of the claim.
Order Cancellations
We understand that project timelines can change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when possible.
Before Production or Fulfillment Begins
Orders canceled prior to entering production or fulfillment may be eligible for a refund, less a 4.99% processing fee.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Orders that include custom configurations are considered final sale once production begins and cannot be canceled or modified.
After Shipment
Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and fall under the standard return policy, including return freight and applicable restocking fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional freight and restocking fees may apply.
Change of Mind Returns
- Return freight is paid by the dealer
- Restocking fees up to 25% may apply
Custom, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Incorrect Orders
Dealers must verify all products at the time of delivery and prior to unloading. Any discrepancies must be reported the same day with photos.
Delivery Issues
If an order does not arrive as scheduled, dealers must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Freight costs vary significantly and are not flat-rate. Quotes are time-sensitive and subject to change.
Delivery Process
- Curbside delivery only
- Scheduled delivery window
- Large freight trucks or flatbeds
Limited access locations may incur additional fees or require alternative arrangements.
Unloading & Site Preparation
- Dealer must provide unloading labor/equipment
- Delivery site must be accessible and prepared
Final placement is not included unless pre-arranged.
Inspection at Delivery
- Inspect before signing
- Note damage on receipt
- Take photos immediately
Failure to document damage may result in denial of claims.
Delays & Transit Variability
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather, routing, or scheduling. Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
Dealer Responsibility
- Set accurate expectations with customers
- Prepare delivery site
- Coordinate unloading
- Communicate freight terms prior to sale
Additional Freight Notes
- Redelivery fees may apply
- Storage fees may apply
- Special delivery needs must be disclosed in advance
Additional Policy Notes
- Custom-built products are final sale
- Used or certified pre-owned items are not eligible for return
- Items damaged after installation are not eligible for refund unless under warranty
- Products purchased for temporary or display use are not eligible for return
Zip & Pip reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds are issued within 45 days after returned items are received and approved.
